• 1 glass skimmed milk.
• 1 banana.
• 1/8 coconut chopped without husk.
• 5 almonds.
1. Pell the bananas and put it in the blender with the coconut.
2. Add milk and the almonds.
3. Blend at high speed.
4. Pour in glass and, if desired, sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon power on it.
