Mango, Banana and Oat Milkshake

Ingredients:
• 1 Manila Mango
• 1 Banana
• 1 Large glass of milk
• 1 Spoonful of oat
• 2 Almonds

Preparation:
– Wash the mango very well, peel it removing the stone and extracting the pulp
– Blend the pulp with the banana, milk, oat and almonds.
– Pour it into a glass and drink it right after.
